Our story begins with the care of the centuries-old olive trees surrounding the property: from them we produce a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, the result of craftsmanship handed down through generations. Every bottle tells the story of our deep connection with this land.
In our restaurant, the chef reinterprets traditional recipes with a modern twist, using only products from our garden and short supply chains. We believe in healthy, genuine food that enhances the authentic flavours of each season.
